Observations in Laos
Lao People & Landscapes
- ‘Laos’ is the country (proper noun) and ‘Lao’ is the adjective. Pronunciation seems to vary but I do not pronounce the ‘s’ at all.
- I will be located in Savannahket, on the Mekong river border, the next biggest city to the capital, Vientiane.
